As founder and chairwoman, Alenna aimed to establish a national body that could spearhead the development of padel, ensuring its growth and accessibility across the country.

Manila Padel Club (MPC)

In May 2021, Alenna expanded her commitment to padel by establishing the Manila Padel Club. Her dual role as CEO and founder of MPC allowed her to directly influence the sport’s growth. MPC focuses on offering a new way of developing padel in selected venues across the Philippines, combining significant sector knowledge with a passion for the sport. This endeavor highlighted her ability to blend business acumen with technical expertise, creating a sustainable model for sports development.

Women’s Padel Association (WPA)

The most recent of her ventures, founded in December 2023, the WPA is a testament to Alenna’s unwavering commitment to empowering women through sports.
